Architects are graduates of BS Architecture and hold Professional License in Architecture. At least 3-5 years of experience in Construction (Civil and Structural Works) is preferred

1. Demonstrate expertise in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite
2. Knowledge of 3D software and rendering engines
3. Self motivated and able to demonstrate initiative and proactive approach to daily tasks and in response to direction or instruction
4. Ability to cope with conflicting demands, prioritize duties and deliver work under pressure and tight deadlines
5. Excellent in verbal and written communication
6. Must be a good team leader and has ability to deal with people/ workers

A degree in BS Architecture costs between P8,000 – P60,000 per semester.
