Business Analysts are graduates of analytical field such as Statistics, Data Science, MIS, Engineering, Math, Accounting/Finance or equivalent. At least 2-3 years of experience with data mining/analysis tools is preferred.

1. Ability to manage large volumes of data, compiling and organizing it for management use
2. Proficient at managing movement of data between systems
3. Ability to troubleshoot data issues with critical attention to detail
4. Data visualization experience (Hyperion, Tableau, ACL, IDEA, POWERBI, SPortfire, etc.)
5. Strong Microsoft skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Access
6. Excellent analytical thinking
7. Capacity to manage and/or perform multiple priorities simultaneously
8. Excellent communication (verbal including presentation skills, written, and interpersonal skills)
9. Ability to maintain effective to working relationships 10. Ability to independently perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy

The tuition fee in private colleges and universities for a course in Statistics/Economics/Banking/Finance and Business studies range from P30,000 – P75,000 per semester while public colleges and universities offer courses free of tuition.
